The last few years have been anything but quiet in our Changing and Feature Galleries. We travelled to Cambodia to visit the temples of Angkor, we swam with Orcas, and now we are exploring the mystery of Death. FAQs
How do I reserve a ticket as a Mammoth Pass holder?
Sign in to the ticketing site with your Mammoth Pass login, and ticket prices will automatically show as zero. Please book a ticket for each person in your group. Please be sure to bring your Mammoth Pass and a piece of ID with you when you arrive for your designated time slot.
If you don’t already have a Mammoth Pass login, you will need to first email RAM Admissions to request a login.
How do I renew my Mammoth Pass?
Is your pass expired, or expiring soon? There are three ways to renew:
Online
Log in to your account using the same information you used to purchase your pass. No need to create a new account!
In person
Stop by the Admissions Desk on your next visit and one of our Admissions Staff will be pleased to help you renew.
Email
Send an email to RAM Admissions and we’ll send you instructions to renew. Note: please do not send credit card information via email; you will receive a secure link for payment.
