Meet Assistant Curator of Ornithology, Corey Scobie and see a colourful selection of wild bird eggshells collected in Alberta and around the world from as far back as the 1880’s. You’ll get a chance to see the eggs of common Edmonton birds and learn when and where these species like to build their nests.

During Senior’s Week we recognize and celebrate the valuable contributions that seniors make in Alberta and worldwide. In honour of Alberta’s seniors, visitors aged 65+ can visit the Royal Alberta Museum for free from June 4 – 9, and we’re hosting special programming all day on Tuesday June 4 specifically geared toward lifelong learners!
